M&A Source® is the leading not for profit association for individuals and firms engaged in lower middle market business transactions. The association provides education, benefits, conferences, support programs and networking opportunities, and awards the Mergers & Acquisitions Master Intermediary® (M&AMI®) designation to qualified advisors.
Participants who attend this virtual program earn a Certified M&A Professional certificate from Kennesaw State University’s Coles College. In addition, successful completion of the program can be applied to jump-start the M&AMI educational requirements with the M&A Source, or to use the credits towards your M&AMI recertification, and/or to sharpen your skills for your M&A practice. This CM&AP program qualifies for 40 hours of CPE (for Certified Public Accountants) and 20 hours of CLE (for attorneys, per the State Bar of Georgia).
New York Association of Business Brokers, was founded in 1993. Since that time, we have tried to dedicate our efforts towards bringing together; business brokers and intermediaries as well as those who facilitate our transactions (i.e. CPA’s, Lenders and Attorneys).
The New England Business Brokers Association (NEBBA) is the largest association of business brokers and M&A advisors in New England. Established to promote the highest level of professionalism among its business brokers. NEBBA offers continuing education, collaboration among the broker community, and a voice for advocating on behalf of business brokers. Members and sponsors include business brokers, M&A advisors, appraisers, transaction attorneys, accountants, financial planners, and business lenders.
The International Business Brokers Association® (IBBA) is the largest international non-profit association operating exclusively for people and firms engaged in business brokerage and mergers and acquisitions. This association provides business brokers education, conferences, professional designations, and networking opportunities. Formed in 1984, the IBBA has members across the world.
